Niki is a passionate HR professional with 10 years generalist people experience covering employee relations, L&D, recruitment and business strategies.

As People Director for the group, she works between our UK and Utrecht offices. She is also a proud Women in Games Ambassador and mentor for other HR professionals in the games industry.

Niki has had a passion for gaming from early in her career, starting out as department head of games for Guildford retail store HMV, and it has never left her. A horror game fanatic, you’ll find her fighting zombies, and running from killer aliens or taking a break and walking her dog, Rolo.
