Doug is a passionate Biz Dev Director and a true pillar of wisdom for Stellar. He has 25 years experience in the games industry, starting in Acclaim Entertainment and working with EA , Criterion & Ubisoft across the years. His favourite game to work on was Burnout Paradise.

With this experience comes incredible stories including working with celebrities such as Tiger Woods and Sean Bean, he also blew up an ice cream truck with The Hoff – all in the name of great entertainment.

Doug believes working with the people of Stellar is the best thing about his role and that no new employee goes their first week without a walk around Guildford!
